I went through the drive through and I had ordered 1 large Cole slaw , 1 large mashed potatoes, 1 large Mac & Cheese and 2 large Gravy and I was being charged $24.35 and when the cashier told me the price she had already scanned my payment card when I asked her that there was the Family Feast of the 1o piece chicken meal for $30 I told her that if she can just cancel my order and add me for the $30 feast meal as it made more sense to get more to pay a few more bucks she asked the rude manager and he said he couldn't do the return and change the order as it was paid for and that there was nothing to do, I asked in a nice way that if I could just pay the difference after he said well let me help you inside which I did I patiently waited standing there in the counter and he was not coming after 15 minutes I asked if he was going to help me ? He said yes another 5 min passed and he comes and charges me $10.93 I asked him if that was the correct amount as I wanted to make sure I was not being over charged total I paid was $35.28. He was rude doing the transaction and I told him that I was not being rude in any way I just wanted to fix my order very simple, as I was being nice to him, he said I am short staffed and he was busy, not my problem if they are short staffed but I was nice about the situation he needs to work on how to handle customer service complains. Staff needs to also acknowledge customers they did not there was about 10 clients waiting to order in the lobby. KFC needs to work on...
Read moreI went to KFC to pick up some food for a bunch of people. You walk into the lobby and before you are 2 terminals for placing your order. I began to crawl through the system, picking out which items I have on my list. I had to ask for help to figure out how to add extra meat to a famous bowl, but the girl was very nice and got it worked out really quick. After putting together a rather large order, I submitted it. The order came together quickly and was accurate. My only complaint was to do with the soda station. I just wanted regular Pepsi. The label was off on the 1st position dispenser, but I deduced it to have to be for regular Pepsi. To my dismay, an employee had mistakenly crossed lines and so what I got was cherry Pepsi. It was already an option on a separate line, but I guess the employees felt it best just to continue sending cherry Pepsi instead of pulling it and replacing it with regular Pepsi. They could still use the cherry at a later date, Next time it goes out, just hook up that box of syrup. But instead they just left it as a surprise, a mislabeled surprise. I have worked fast food before and had experience with soda machines and the syrup distribution. I would have made a different call than the staff at KFC made, but ultimately my...
Read moreI asked for a side mayonnaise (because they don't have packets) and they suddenly wanted to charge me $2.99! 🤯
That's more than 50% of the cost the chicken sandwich. $3 condiment for a $5 sandwich.
I was going there several times a week (sometimes daily) for many months because the chicken sandwiches were so good. But then I got a chicken sandwich soooo NASTY AND DRIED UP I could barely choke it down. And stopped going for a long time .
It's been months since I have been there but after tonight it seems clear they wanted to get rid of me. Who charges that much for a condiment???
Ok it worked. I won't be back. 😔
PS I was still hungry, so I went to McDonald's and asked for 3 mayonnaise packets for my chicken sandwich and they gave them to me with no extra ridiculous upcharge! Plus they were nice...
