Horrible train ride with disrespectful injustice to paying customers time and targeting of a specific group on our train ride last night. Mask mandates per employee were unclear to the patrons with the need to have, the need to wear, actively eating and drinking or even while seated on the train right to AND from. Matthew, an employee and his concession stand attendant targeted a group for not having masks on while seated and immediately told them to leave while others also didn’t have mask on. Cops were called and the group was escorted off the train after 90 mins. When this could have been resolved easily I felt, Matthew the attendant escalated the situation and was not an aid. He allowed the concession stand attendant the right to embarrass and have ego and power involved when mask mandate was unclear. The group was escorted off and Matthew and others clapped with approval of injustice of human rights. Horrible service. Horrible supportive behavior from the train...

The depot and culture are amazing!!.However,I do not want the message taken the wrong way most importantly and reluctantly i really have to make future passengers aware of a certain employ whos name i cant recall.Really heavy set older african american who's behavior absolutely floored me.From being over the top rude and simply racist towards my lady and i followed up with flat out lying to our faces over $500 tickets being re-issued when in fact later down the line she did her best to say we were at the depot and just decided to not use our tickets...Speechless what a truly gross display as well as representation of the train depot.Really makes you wonder how somebody would give 100% and then some to only make the L shine...

Really nice new restaurant and bar destination, plenty of parking, really beautiful setting with a trainstation. From Pizza, Tacos to Burgers and Ramen, plenty of choices. Quality is good not superb, but good and certainly sufficient for a great evening out, incl. Movie theater and Swallows Inn, the oldest bar of all. If you like 2 step. That's your destination.
