Customer service is awful. I call and after waiting on hold for 5 minutes. TWICE. The first time on hold for 5 minutes. They simply hung up the call. Did not speak to me at all. Second time.. The person on the other line tells me no they can't help me with disconnect over the phone and I have to go in person. When I try to ask if I can email the request, she said yes and hung up. Didn't bother to give me a chance to ask for the email address to send it to OR what information is needed for them to accept my request. I let her know she had put in another address and like a switch got an attitude and told me that the other individual for permits will change it.
