Planet Fitness — Attraction in San Juan

This is the Worst Planet Fitness I’ve ever visited as far as Customer Service. I’m about to call an attorney an Establish a Class Action Lawsuit. I acquired a membership a year ago and only used it for a month. I called in January to cancel it and was told it was cancelled yet that was a lie. Then in April I called again after been charged the monthly and yearly fee (even though I was not attending nor was it a year yet) and was told I had to mail a letter to cancel since I’m not in PR. Sadly today I had a really bad experience this morning. The staff in the front desk was very rude. He told me to call at 8 to make an appointment for the barber and I did and he hanged up on me 3 times. He then left me talking for myself, he knew it was me and I felt he did it on purpose. I’ve never been treated like this, when I was finally able to make the appointment I decided to cancel and do it somewhere else. The way the guy in the front desk handled the situation was very hostile and cynical. The massage machines weren’t working either. I feel like my black membership is not worth it. Hours are bad even though pandemic restrictions have been lifted. Night time staff seems addicted to playing the siren 40-20 minutes before closing. The staff has trouble understanding their roll at the gym which is to provide customer service and not to enforce political views or to use the gym as their own personal workout gym. Night time staff seen using personal phones during work hours and refusing to provide services. If the staff at night is any indication of the day time staff (which usually is) then not surprised if the staff is led by someone that supports...
