Bonaire Park — Attraction in San Leandro

Big. Spacious. Green. Clean looking !!!!!

Wow. What a hidden gem. We took the youngsters here after a big lunch to get 'em moving. I googled local parks and came across this one.

This is a really nice park for kids. There are two playground side by side. One is for bigger kids (see photo) and the other one are for smaller kids (see photo). What adds more awesomeness is that there are gates that you can manually close in the little kids play ground to secure them inside.

The luscious greenery next to the playground offers anything from soccer to volleyball or whatever your outdoor mind desires.

While I was visiting my folks in the Bay Area we all decided to visit a nearby park. It was our first time at this park in San Leandro. And we were very impressed with how clean and well managed this park was. You don't see any signs of trouble or vandalism like you might see at other parks. It kind of reminds me of some of the parks we have in South Florida. We had a great time there and had a cookout using one of their BBQ grills. So quiet and clean but make sure to bring wipes and sanitizer, the restroom runs out of soap quick and no seat covers. The toilet paper those little squares that are hard to pull out.
