Twin Oaks House Weddings — Attraction in San Marcos

My husband and I got engaged in September 2023 and got married at Twin Oaks April 2024, so a somewhat shorter engagement/wedding planning period, but the team at trademark made the process incredibly smooth! From the initial inquiry we sent, Jaime was so helpful and provided us with all the info we needed to tour the different trademark venues and select the venue and date that works best for us. All of their venues are gorgeous and have so much more charm in person so I highly recommend touring them all even if you’re initially just interested in one of them, their open tour hours make it really convenient. Our planner/coordinator, Amy was so informative, responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging throughout the whole process. She helped us prepare and execute the perfect day of schedule that allowed us to truly be present and enjoy every minute of our wedding day while also making sure we got to include everything we wanted in our schedule. She also communicated the schedule to all our vendors so that everyone was on the same page and the day ran smoothly. Trademark’s preferred vendor list was also full of amazing vendors and allowed us to curate the perfect vendor dream team for our day. My bridal assistant, Katie, was so sweet, she went above and beyond by warmly welcoming our bridal party with refreshments once we arrived and to make sure my husband and I were hydrated, fed, and comfortable throughout the day. Our event manager, Billie, had the best energy and went above and beyond to make sure that we and our guests were enjoying the day from start to finish. We knew we enjoyed the food at the tasting, but Adrian, our catering manager somehow made it all taste even better the day of, our guests still continue to rave about the food and it kept them so full that we skipped including any late night bites and have zero regrets. Di, our bar manager was great and worked with Amy to provide super helpful feedback on the alcohol/drink quantities recommended based on our head count, signature drinks, and etc (instead of offering overpriced open bar packages, the venue allows the couple to supply the bar). The Trademark venue process, packages, and team all run like a well oiled machine while still allowing ample room for customization to allow for every couple to make their day their own. I was never someone who expected to have or dreamt of their wedding day, but after this experience, I totally get it, getting to see so many of our loved ones come together to celebrate our love was special beyond words. I’ve heard many people say that their wedding day schedule was so busy they didn’t get to eat, dance, or spend time with their guests, but thanks to Amy, Billie, Katie, Adrian, Di, and their respective teams, we truly enjoyed and got to soak in every minute celebrating our love with the people we love and couldn’t have asked for a dreamier or more...

I knew this was going to be our wedding venue as soon as I walked into this estate. I knew my (now) husband wanted the same thing when he used the word more than once in the same visit (I don’t think I had ever heard him use that word before). After previously viewing a few other nearby venues we booked this one on the spot because not only did it meet all of our criteria... it felt like we were in some magical fairytale when we were walking around the venue. I am so happy we did. The Twin Oaks staff was so lovely to work with during the entire process. We had the pleasure of working with Chloe as our wedding coordinator. She was so detailed and organized at every meeting we had with her. My husband and I booked our date a year in advance and it turns out we are huge procrastinators together, but you would never know this based on magnificently beautiful wedding we had there. Chloe is definitely a pro at what she does. She had no problem rounding up our giant bridal party and giving clear instructions during our rehearsal and on the actual day of the wedding whenever we were needed. She and the staff took very good care of us and made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything on our special day. The food was so delicious, but we were not surprised because we had an incredible food tasting a few months prior so we were so very confident going into our day that our guests would be impressed. This day was by far the best day of my life and I couldn’t recommend this venue more for anyone who is looking for this type of style and service for their special day. I can’t tell you how many compliments we got about our wedding being one of the best they’ve ever been to. I am so proud to talk about our special day there.

We just got married on Thurs, 11/3/22 (have a Thursday wedding, seriously!) and oh my gosh, I don’t even know where to start… Okay, I do, and it’s with Jenna. Jenna is absolutely wonderful and is the best wedding coordinator EVER. She made everything so exciting and fun and was such a joy to plan with. Day of, she checked in on us just enough and had everything arranged exactly as we discussed, and it was just so absolutely beautiful. She made our vision come to life and it was pure magic.

Speaking of day of, Katie is a total delight. She always made sure we had water and champagne and anything else we needed. The girls are the perfect amount of professional and fun, where it was so comforting to know you are in the best hands and everything is handled, but it also felt like family was with us the whole time. I had a beautiful conversation with Katie before I walked down the aisle, and I will always treasure that moment with her.
