Timberline Lodge National Historic Landmark — Attraction in Sandy

What a great time! This was a beautiful place to visit, very cool to see all the historical things! It was funny to walk up to it and think... Hmmmm, This reminds me of the movie The shining Only to find out that it was in the movie for some outside aerial views. The inside was amazing and fantastically beautiful with all of the woodwork and iron. We had lunch there and enjoyed the buffet, especially the cranberry rolls 😋😋😋 I took a lot of pictures so...

Timberline Lodge is the iconic family-operated North American lodge that has offered generations a place to enjoy the incredible beauty of the PNW.

It offers amazing skiing and snowboarding many months of the year and it has great architecture and is designated a National Historic Landmark.

Plus it is the backdrop for The Shining.

It’s definitely worth visiting any season...
