Went there yesterday. The guy behind the counter was very helpful and nice. He was very friendly.

Someone gave me a bad laptop and told asked me if i can remove and transfer their picture from the harddrive to Google Drive. After that, they have me the laptop as a thank you present. However, it did not come with a charger, so I went here and they helped me find the charger, them they asked me if i wanted to test it and I said yeah. So we booted the computer and it had an illegal copy of Windows 7 Ultimate. The guy behind the counter then have me a free copy of Windows 7 Home Premium and have me steps on how to correctly activate it. Then he told me how to upgrade to Windows 10.

I've been referring this shop to a few friends through out the years. I personally never bought anything here until 3 days ago, I needed a laptop for personal use. I found what I wanted but needed to upgrade a few things and they were very helpful and accommodating with my request. They actually finished my laptop just a few hours after I bought it. I picked it up the next day and tested it out and it was basically what I wanted. It's close enough in speed and capacity to my old work laptop and i walked out still under my initial budget. Employee or owner whoever he was, he was extremely rude. If it was possible to give a negative star, I would have. The worst customer service ever, without any exaggeration. Once he found out the item I wanted was not a big ticket priced item he responded that he don’t want to waste his time on such a small item then when I begin to explain further, he told me he don’t have to listen any further whatever I want, he don’t have it.
