Saw excellent reviews on Google Maps and a YouTube reviewer I trust said this place was great. Only 4 minutes down the road from where we are staying. There's no sign or anything so it's good that I had looked it up prior. Door was open (which meant 3 big flies hovering), Halloween episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer playing (followed by a Halloween Freaks and Geeks); no AC. Unfortunately no gyoza available which I wanted to try but I got the spam musubi, single smash burger and fries. Spam musubi didn't have any fry on the spam and something in my 2 pieces was super crunchy, and the seaweed was difficult for me to bite through. The fries were fresh cut and amazing, GREAT portion. And the single smash burger is SO worth the hype! But beware that it is messy and there's like a whole onions worth on it so if we get to go back, I'll be requesting lite onion and lite sauce. Really good meal I'm glad I...

Small, you've never think to stop in kind of place. I had it bookmarked for almost a year bc it's close to my work but I never made a trip over until I saw a reel about their smash burgers. Affordable prices, made to order food, ample parking and friendly service. Looked like it was the parents and son running the place. I'd definitely be back. I got a single burger and it was juicy, flavorful and a good portions. I can tell it's legit by the plates, bowls and rice cookers! Yes, two. I love they have milkis and Baja blast. A little bit of something for everyone. Spam musubi had extra seasoning layered in and it was enough without my feeling like I was eating too much spam. Still healthy haha...

This place has a special spot in my heart. It's incredible close to where ai work and the food is so good it's comforting. I tend to go in with a troubled mind and leave with a happy full belly which is enough to help.me get through the rest of the workday. It is indeed a hole in the wall, but it's a good one. It gets a little packed during lunch and there is limited seating. Don't expect AC. I would order ahead because you will still have to wait in line to pay for it so at least you'll get your food right away after. I've had thr bulgogi bibimpap and smash burger with fries, all of it was amazing!! Love coming here! Can't wait to try the rest...

First time trying Lunch Bang, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the OK Burger Double, and it was awesome thin crunchy patty but very flavorful. The grilled onions are absolute fire and add the perfect touch of sweetness and flavor. The fries are fresh and hand-cut, which makes a huge difference. You can tell they put care into the food here. The spot itself is tucked away in an industrial strip mall, and yeah, the restaurant could use a little better upkeep but don’t let that fool you. The food completely makes up for it. If you’re in Santa Ana and want a legit burger that hits the spot, give Lunch Bang a try. You’ll be glad you did.
