NatSweets — Attraction in Santee

Natsweets has been my “go to place” for some time now for their amazing product line and outstanding customer service. Today after seeing my grandchildren’s happy faces, I felt compelled to write a short review. Netsweets is a family-owned cookie shop located in Santee that makes amazing cookies for a number of different family and work activities. Be it a birthday, wedding, retirement party, home warming gift, graduation, promotions or simply to say thank you to a loved one, Natsweets has the right cookie for the occasion. My grandson loves their Chocolate Chip cookies, but it’s their Walnut Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie that puts a big smile on my granddaughter face. Me, I prefer their Butter Scotch Snickerdoodle cookies. But it really doesn’t matter which one you pick they are all the delicious. Netsweets, also makes great brownies, rice crispy treats, cheesecake and their different flavor ice creams are to die for. Add that to their great store ambient and their great customer service and it all adds up to a Five Stars...

We love this local sugar cookie shop that sales more than cookies. Super cute and clean. Very small sitting area but you can eat your treat as you walk the small shopping area there. We also sit on the side walk on just eat in our car. The treats are worth it! Large cookie orders and single cookie order sales. Their sugar cookies and treats are beautifully decorated, delicious, and made in house. They also offer ice cream, cheesecake slices, rice krispie treats, cookie bars, cookies, mini sugar cookies, cake pops and take and bake cookie dough. Their treat selection varies by day because they sale out of items and they also offer different items depending on what they made that day. Seasonal cookie decorations and flavors are also available. They also sale birthday cards, chocolate bars candles and other festive little touches to add to your treats in case you want to give them to someone. What a cool little store in the building with the Omelette Factory near where 53 meets 67. I'm a cookie connoisseur and amateur baker so I stopped by to try Nat's. Along with her crispy artistic works, which are amazing, Nat has what I'm looking for. I got a black chocolate cookie with a mint drizzle and a butterscotch cookie with a salted caramel drizzle. Both are soft cake-like inside with some yummy gooeyness (I was fortunate enough to get them while they were still warm, what a treat!) with a delicate crispy shell for a nice crunch. The chocolate cookie... Oh... my... goodness... It's a chocoholics dream! The chocolate doesn't have that dusty texture, well-tempered... so creamy, and the mint is just the right note. Although the salt on the salted caramel got my attention at first bite, it quickly married in with the other flavors... nice. Just drop in or order custom...
