Starbucks — Restaurant in Santee

I came this morning instead of driving all the way to the el cajon location. I have to say they rushed my order.. my bacon, egg, and guoda sandwhich was the smallest little thing I have seen and it did not have the fried egg in there it was also overloaded with cheese, and it tasted very old.. The chai tea they made is watered down, like very watered down and luke warm it was gross, not coming back here agian I figured I would give it a shot but never agian. I prefer quality over quantity and I see the reviews are talking about how fast they take and complete your order. Its not about how fast your order is complete although that has a huge play in a drive thru setting in but make sure you put the things you used back into fridge, for instance the milks you leave out all over the counter and the chai tea mix that was sitting out as well. I've shown up 4 times in the past 2 weeks and 3 times they have closed early.

I work nights and will stop for a coffee on my way to work which means I show up at 825pm-830pm. Have been doing this for the better part of 2 years now with no problem.

Now apparently they do not have enough staff to stay open as I roll up. I never know when they will close early and there is no way I could know and it's even been timed enough that they put a sign in the drive thru to block it as I'm sitting there in the drive thru, or even last night where they serviced the person in from of me but refused to service me due to it now being 830pm even though their posted time is 900pm.

This has been absolutely awful service as of late and terrible management of this establishment.

I’m not really sure where to start….. I ordered a TR iced coffee, light ice, w/classic syrup and 1/2&1/2, an everything bagel w/cream cheese (not warmed up) and a blueberry muffin (not warmed up.) After tasting my coffee, I had to ask for a side of classic syrup. When I parked in some much needed shade, I grabbed the bagel and cream cheese only to find out that they didn’t include a knife to spread the cream cheese! I moved on to the blueberry muffin and discovered that it had been warmed up, which I can’t stand, (I’m one of those weird people who like my blueberry muffin cold, straight from the freezer if possible!
