Some of the staff go above and beyond to provide friendly, professional service while others are simply there for a check. The one star is dedicated to those who take pride in what they do and truly try to make the place fun & safe for kids. Moving on, I visited the place for the first time and was immediately informed about becoming a member. I figured I might as well let my daughter be a member because the price for one visit is the same price for a basic membership (monthly) in which she can come multiple times whenever we choose. Why not? Right? Mind you, it’s my first time, so I haven’t even seen the whole establishment, but I went ahead and paid for the membership. That’s my badness. We go to the play areas and I instantly felt like I should’ve waited before getting the membership. 4 attractions were open out of the 15-18 listed on the website. I counted. There was caution tape every where, but no staff to assure the kids safety or make sure they weren’t playing in these areas. I watched kids play in areas that were supposed to be closed. In addition, the few areas that did allow kids weren’t monitored. How is it that majority of the attractions/areas are closed; yet the few open have no one monitoring them? The zip line needs a staff manning it!!!! I watched kids cut the line, push other kids, and made the experience horrible. Kids shouldn’t be manning these areas by themselves. The food and snacks are overpriced. The members discount took a normal size bag of m&m’s to $3.69. That’s beyond me. I’m definitely thinking about canceling the membership. These teenage staff members need better leadership. I can’t even blame them for the chaos going on at this place. I came two days in a row and didn’t see an actual adult. A bunch of young kids who lack leadership, professionalism, kindness, and skills. People pay too much money for this place to be ran like a…Nevermind. Please do better. My daughter loves the place. Meanwhile, my anxiety consumes me the entire time we’re there. The place just isn’t safe and it doesn’t provide quality service.

This was our first visit and we won't be back. First of all they are currently shut down for not obtaining their businesses permits. We had a Groupon that we purchased that expires soon. We planned to visit before at the end of summer when we purchased the Groupon, but due to COVID and the start of school this was our first opportunity. We live 45 minutes away from the facility and being a week day we planned this trip in advance. When we got there we entered and were told it would be a 2 hour wait while they waited for the license. When my husband asked of they would exchange passes for our Groupon and we would mark it used she told us she didn't know anything about Groupon and couldn't help us, rather rudely and we left. While I'm the parking lot loading my kids up, she comes out to tell us it will be 45 minutes. I told her no, that we had a 45 minute drive home and weren't going to hangout in one of Savannah's less than desirable neighborhoods. Then she says I mean it will be like 25 minutes. Well which is it? 2 hours? 45 minutes? 25 minutes? Then I said I am not sure I understand why you can't help us with the vouchers so we can return a different day. She then rudely says, "I am helping by telling you when we will be open. And I don't know anything I just work here." I said that so fine, you don't have a license to operate business anyway, we will leave to which she replied, "Yes, we do!" while raising her voice at me. The conversation didn't go any further and we left. They received the notice yesterday and didn't post any website or media about the closure for clients. Real waste of time and crummy service.

Took my nephew here yesterday (Saturday) for a few hours and he had fun. There were a bunch of other kids here when we arrived, but more arrived later. We were there from approximately 2-5. Yes, it is expensive, but your time frame is not strictly enforced like other places. Once you pay and get in, its more up to you when you leave- the bracelets aren't marked. There are some couches for parents/adults to lounge on, but not many. There are other "seats" but they aren't as comfortable. Now on to the fun stuff- there is a little kids trampoline and foam pit area designed for toddlers. Next to the small kids area, there is basketball and a 3 walled area to jump in. Next to that is a very large area with trampolines that continues to the rear of the building. To the right and up a level is an obstacle course accompanied by foam pits. If you head to the front, you'll see more foam pits but with trampolines and a ramp. Towards the front is dodgeball. In the front where you pay and sign waivers, is also the area to change footwear (they sell gripsocks for $3/pair), use the restrooms, access to the water fountain and tables/rooms for birthday parties. I believe weekday pricing is slightly cheaper than the weekend. If you need to make any phone calls, you'll need to step outside as its really noisy inside with the kids and the music. I even saw one kid wearing large over-the-ear hearing protection head phones.

I scheduled my daughter's birthday party here, this was actually her 1st birthday party since we had moved to GA!!! We had her birthday party on Sat Sept 5th. I actually paid for her party in advance. Where do I start!!!! Well let's say the entire check in process was easy, Ashley was absolutely amazing!!! So I placed my daughter's pizza order for her party on Sept 1,the same day I actually paid for the party but when we got to the party which was originally from 1 pm to 3 pm, the pizza was suppose to arrive at 2:30 and it didn't arrive until almost 3:30, on top of that my daughter and her birthday guest were told that they could continue to jump until the pizza arrived but when they went back on the floor to jump they were yelled at by a guy who I was told was a manager. I went over and spoke with him and explained that they were told they can jump until the pizza arrived and he stated that he was unaware that the pizza had not arrived yet. They did however give my daughter and her guest a different bracelet so they could continue jumping. So long story short, we ended up getting a refund for the pizza but I felt like we should have received some money back towards the party as well. I was upset although I didn't try to show it. When the parents arrived at 3 to pick up their children, I had to apologize because the children had not eaten, so the parents stayed with their children and extra hour until we were able to receive our pizza and sing happy birthday.. I will say that Ashley was absolutely amazing, through everything she kept me posted and she explained the error with the pizza and also kept and open line of communication with me throughout the entire party, she really helped me at keeping my frustration levels down throughout the party. I think her personality is amazing, she was very helpful and she was a great with not only my group but other customers that were at Get Air Savannah!!!! I completely understand that Get Air Savannah is a new place and I understand that things won't always be perfect are go as planned and the error was probably on Pizza Hutt and not them.... Will I visit GET AIR Savannah again. I will and that's because of the great customer service from Ashley and there was one other female ( a black female with short hair that was working on the steps) their customer service skills were great. Typically I don't write reviews and my ONLY complaint was that the pizza was late and that the male manager yelled...

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a trampoline park that left me utterly disgusted and disappointed. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this place was a disaster waiting to happen.

First and foremost, let's address the elephant in the room - the foam pit. Imagine my horror when I discovered that there was actual feces lurking within the foam pit. Yes, you read that correctly, POOP! How on earth does a supposedly reputable establishment allow such a repulsive and unsanitary situation to occur? It's beyond comprehension. The fact that they didn't promptly address this issue speaks volumes about their lack of hygiene and disregard for customer safety.

Speaking of safety, the workers at this trampoline park were an absolute joke. They seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually ensuring the well-being of the patrons. I witnessed numerous instances where children were engaging in dangerous behavior, and the employees simply turned a blind eye. It was as if they were completely oblivious to their responsibilities and had no interest in maintaining any semblance of order or safety.

Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the facility was abysmal. The trampolines were sticky and covered in grime, indicating a severe lack of maintenance and proper cleaning protocols. It was evident that the management had no regard for the health and well-being of their customers. I shudder to think about the potential health hazards lurking within this establishment.

To add insult to injury, the customer service was atrocious. The staff members were rude, unhelpful, and seemed utterly disinterested in providing any sort of assistance. It was as if they were doing us a favor by allowing us to patronize their establishment. Their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was truly astounding.

In conclusion, this trampoline park was an absolute nightmare. The presence of feces in the foam pit, the negligent and apathetic workers, the lack of cleanliness, and the abysmal customer service all contributed to an experience that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place...
