Located in the heart of Sayreville, this park is for all ages. There's playgrounds for toddlers and children, basketball and tennis courts. A lake with track around it for a leisurely walk or a jog. You can watch the geese or try your hand at fishing. Restrooms, lots of parking and handicap access makes this park very convenient and enjoyable. Update: A volleyball court has been added near the children's playground. The basketball court has been redone. Renovation work of a bridge is now complete - its wider now. Earth Day volunteers picked up and removed a lot of plastic. There are recycle and trash bins everywhere in the park. Enjoy the park and please do your part to keep it clean.

I was lucky to spot a fox family and some wild turkey recently.

There is only one porta-potty in the entire park. The restrooms in the recreation center are never open. Wish they put some more porta-potty because people work out here, they need to stay hydrated and use restroom. There's a functioning pre-school in the recreation center. It's that time of the year - enjoy fall colors and the birds before...

This local park offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, with lush greenery and peaceful walking trails. The scenery is picturesque, perfect for a leisurely stroll.

However, it's worth noting that there are beehives on some of the bridges within the park, which may pose a concern for visitors with allergies or a fear of bees. Additionally, goose poop can be found in certain areas, requiring extra caution when navigating the grounds.

Despite these minor inconveniences, the park's natural beauty and tranquility make it a worthwhile destination for outdoor enthusiasts alike. With proper signage and maintenance efforts, these issues could easily be addressed, further enhancing the overall experience...

I'm not sure why it's asking for me to report on Kennedy Park again but I'm willing to repeat that the park is awesome and has everything you could want from a park except drainage! If it rained within the last 4 days this park is soaked and unusable. If it's been cold prepare for a mile long slip and slide. On the other hand it's got plenty of gym equipment plenty of different sports that you could play in the surrounding area and if you're a Pokemon player the place has been completely filled with pokestops! It's a great place to walk on a warm dry day and you'll probably even see...

Beautiful lake and walking path alongside a smaller body of water and public artwork. There is also an enclosed skate park and public restrooms via port-a-potty. The reason for this was signage that indicated "due to graffiti and vandalism, the restrooms are only open during special events." I came upon this location by luck and to my luck, I am happy to have witnessed such beauty in the fall time. There were plenty of geese, ducks and wildlife alongside a very clean park! I hope to be back to visit in the spring.

This park is a gem. Beautiful. It has everything you need. Great views, 2 basketball courts, tennis courts, handball courts, a cricket pitch, kids' playgrounds, volleyball nets, and a lot of parking. This park also has a great jogging/walk path, which goes over the pond via multiple small bridges. This is a great place to also just relax back at one of the many benches around the park. There are a lot of spots for picnics as well. Not to mention, they also have restrooms.
