Has the staff here given up on the kids area? Every toy besides 2 in the toddlers area is now broken, every ball is on top of the giant play area where the kids can’t get them…

We recently decided to take a break from here because of the cornhole events, and decided to revisit the past few weekends. We have come at least twice a month here for a long time and always had a blast… Unfortunately cornhole is killing this place. Staff only cares about keeping the cornhole customers happy. I still do not understand why my kids were always watched closely and made sure to have a wristband, yet these cornhole kids run wild with no parental supervision and no wristbands and are not asked to leave the area. A $5 venue cost should mean the kid stays next to their parent while they play cornhole, not that the kid gets to run free and do whatever he chooses unsupervised. Why do these parents not have to pay for the 2 wristbands I do per child? The past 2 weekends, the only basketballball left on the floor with any air in it was preoccupied by a 12+ year old who was kicking it against the wall as hard as he could (this is not one of the options in the toddler area and a kid that old should not be in the area) with disregard to the smaller children around. He will eventually kick a hole through the wall. The age and roughness of the kids in the toddlers area needs to be supervised before a bigger kid accidentally hurts a smaller one.

Why are these kids whose parents are paying to attend cornhole allowed to destroy the play area that I pay for my kids to play in without paying for it? The play area was NOT in this condition until the cornhole events with unsupervised children started. Staff doesn’t even check for wristbands or look in this direction anymore because they are too worried about cornhole.

I understand business is business but I am paying per kid to attend the toddler area and these cornhole guys are paying one $5 venue fee and letting their 3 kids run wild with out wristbands. On top of this, cornhole attendes literally walk up and take the tables/chairs that parents are using without asking. Something needs to be sorted with this or we will have to find a new spot, which would be unfortunate because we do absolutely love this place. We will give it a few more tries but I hope something changes and they start to at least repair the kids area and...

Fun fun fun. We had the best time ever!!! Every activity is great for the entire family which I just love because I mean how many times have you taken your kids to the Jump Zone or Chucky Cheese and us parents are not allowed to participate on any of the fun stuff. Epic has great service and the staff are very knowledgeable about safety and they are very friendly. They help you out when need and cheer you on when you get scared . What I mean by that is I was so thrilled to climb the rock walls and it had been almost 25 yrs since I rock climbed so I got harnessed up and I started my ascent and not even half way up I started to get shaky when I realized how high up I was. Then when you reach the top or just dont want to climb anymore you just let go and sorta lean back and the harness drops you down gently but the fear was still there. I managed 4 walls then I couldn't open my hands without them aching. Anyway, there are lots of activities like fun jumps, zero gravity trampolines, a spinning chair thing, some other jumping apparatus thing, arcades, laser games, and outside OMG its even better. There is a zip line and a two huge ramps that you fly down on an inter tube and when you are about to pee yourself, the ramp has another incline that throws you and your tube another 15 feet into the air and you land on a huge air mattress. I wouldn't do that but my fearless kids ages 7 and 10 went on this thing first. When they came off they were shaking and freaking out because it was terrifying. They were shook up for 30 mins after .lol. The prices here are awesome as well. It goes by the hours and tickets or armbands. You decide how long you want to stay and they give you the pricing. I think this is my favorite new hangout!! They even serve food and have those new age port o potties that are just like a regular bathroom at your house with mirrors and sinks and air conditioning inside. It is worth the money and even that is...

I went to this place over the weekend, the experience I had here was the worse. I had poor experience from the manager on duty. I had horrible service and the manager provided me Tyler/Chase whoever threaten to call the cops on me. I stayed there through it all disrespectful and rude. The only team player who was OUTSTANDING was Courtney. I had a party here and I would never step a foot back in this place. Never! The manager Sarah led me she would follow up with me abot the service that was horrible. I never heard or seen anything such like it. A true sad experience to have some disappointed like that have bad service, and force it I was late, late has nothing to do with it. Disrepect was a major factor here, trying to threaten someone about calling law enforcement cause you ready to go home, in front there kids. I hope Cathy and Kevin you as the owners really look at the camera from over the weekend and see what needs to be done to provide better service for customer's or your business will never...

This place is affordable fun for all. I personally don’t enjoy trampoline parks and sitting around for an hour or two while my son plays kind of bothers me. We tried this place out for a change a week ago and loved it. From VR to rock climbing and zip lining this place had it all. My little one enjoyed it and so did I, unfortunately the big slide was closed due to the wind and that was the main reason I went. So it looks like I’ll be making another trip when it’s less windy.

Clean, friendly staff but certainly not overly helpful. Fun arcade games but not very many and not a large prize selection. Really cool climbing and VR stuff but long waiting time. My son really enjoyed the lazer tag too. Seems like they have tons of unused space so i assume lots more coming. We went with our scout group so not sure what pricing was like but we got some snacks at the little food shop and those prices seemed reasonable. Cute toddler play area!

We had a lot of fun here. We had a mixed crew from 12-4 years old they all had a blast. The prices are very fair and the staff is friendly. Concessions are good priced. The atmosphere was clean. Really enjoyed Epic Famy Entertainment and we will definitely be going back!!
