Burger King — Restaurant in Lafayette

What a horrible experience. The lady at the window said to park in the front and we will walk your food out to you. I waited like 8 minutes and my food never came so I decided to walk in and get the food myself. I had to wait again; saw only one person on the line with one employee joining her later on. Ironically he walks in on the line with his phone. It’s supposed to be fast food, I waited a total of like 20 minutes just to get my food.

This location needs better management and people who actually care; no one was smiling or seemed to want to be there. I said thank you after getting my food and the girl didn’t even say anything back. Speaking of back? I will...

As said before by others, if I could give this BK a lower rating I would. I pulled up where there was no line. When I got to the ordering station they were arguing in the background not even taking my order. I finally got a few words in, ordering a number 10, even though they were still yelling at each other. Finally the woman over the intercom repeated my order, the only thing is she says "You wanted a number 1?" How does someone mistake those two numbers? When I corrected her she tells me they are out of the number 10? HOW COULD YOU BE OUT OF A WHOLE MEAL??? I am never going again. This location is terrible. I stopped going to all Burger Kings for over a year now. Well this morning a family member of mine wanted Burger King. Reluctantly I agreed..... So as we pull up I see employees smoking in the parking lot. I ordered two number ones with a water and orange juice and two double bacon croissants with Dr. Peppers. Well...... I received the two number ones without the orange juice, the two double bacons were not double bacon and the two Dr. Peppers were Coke and Rootbeer. Please Please don’t ruin Popeyes.
