I would like to take a moment to rant for a second. I just stopped at Taco Bell on the intersection of ambassador And willow to grab something to eat. Upon arriving, since I’m in an ambulance we parked and I walked to the front doors which were locked. I saw on the sign they don’t close until 1a.m and being it is only 10:30 I Assumed they could still help me out. Let me just reiterate that an ambulance does not fit through any drive through and I usually walk up to the window and order any where else I go with no issue at all. So with the assumption that this would be like any other restaurant I’ve gone to over the last few years of working on an ambulance, I walked up to the window. The girl at the window looked at me like I was crazy and I tried to laugh it off and apologize that I wasn’t in a vehicle being that again, MY AMBULANCE DOES NOT FIT. This girl and her coworkers literally refused to serve me and tried to tell me that it was a safety issue. But from my understanding they are open until 1a.m and they chose to lock the lobby early tonight so I had no other way to order. So I explained and pleaded with them one more time that I was really sorry that I genuinely didn’t have a way to drive through because I wasn’t in a personal vehicle and they slammed the window in my face. Like listen I’ve worked in restaurants prior to EMS and I would have NEVER treated any one like this. Especially first responders. I’m genuinely shocked that people would be so rude, but then again I’m really not. It’s just sad that people have no empathy...
Read moreI had horrible customer service here. If u don't like your job find another one. I ordered my food got to window paid and asked the girl for alot of hot sauce please. She handed me my bag turned and continues to talk to co worker so I waited for my drink she turned and was sassy because I didn't pull off yet and was like can I help u I said my drink she said uh body language said the rest and went to hand it to me while facing co worker with her hand barely in window so I am leaning out my truck and couldn't reach my drink so I said miss can you stretch your arm alittle bit don't mean to interrupt yall conversation but I need my drink. Well she got really upset as I was pulling off she told co worker a few rascial slurrs about me and as I was looking through my bag I had no sauce so I went back around with 3 cars in front of me waited patiently got to window she huffed and puffed said what you want not I said hotsauce and a napkin would be nice. Is any of this too much to ask for? I will never stop there again. If u a Mgr reading this I am just 1 person but how many other people experience the same service and decide not to go back also it could really hurt your buisness. To anyone else I don't recommend this place because I had similar service...
Read moreI was in here for 17 minutes and noone came in or through the drive through The food was good. The dining room and employees were not! The employee behind the counter had on gloves and was handling money, fixing food, refilling napkins, beat boxing on the front door window with his gloved hands, clearing his nose and throat at the counter instead of going to the bathroom! That's disgusting, no one eating wants to here that! The other employee was on her phone, went to her car and got her baby Minnie mouse backpack, she went behind the counter and laid across the counter by the register yawning and talking about how slow it is. Meanwhile the dining room has 11 tables and 4 hightops, 9 of the tables have smeared food on them, cheese, lettuce, straw wrappers, napkins, beef, dust and dirt on them as well as on ledge around the booth seating area, window ledges, trash can areas andatge rugs. The posted GM/Asst Manager Demetra Johnson needs to have these employees trained to know what to do whether they have...
