Lace Village — Attraction in Scranton

Architectural adaptive reuse is point on with some classic components of the industrial heritage prominently displayed . Chantilly Cafe was disappointing! Limited menu and no seating other than courtyard which is fine in good weather but the dearth of indoor space to sit and sip coupled with the walk required to access from parking spaces allowed for visitors makes me wonder whether it will be able to sustain sufficient business to stay afloat after novelty...

Living at Lace Village has been an incredible experience. The property, the thoughtfully restored Scranton Lace Company, perfectly blends historic charm with modern comfort. The attention to detail throughout the space creates a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels both unique and timeless. It’s clear that so much care went into preserving the history while making it feel like home.

This is nothing short of a miracle. Still remember it as Lace Factory. Now it's transformed into an upscale apartment complex and village. I hope they have a spot for me. Very excited and so glad they have taken this overwhelming project into something incredible...
