Architectural adaptive reuse is point on with some classic components of the industrial heritage prominently displayed . Chantilly Cafe was disappointing! Limited menu and no seating other than courtyard which is fine in good weather but the dearth of indoor space to sit and sip coupled with the walk required to access from parking spaces allowed for visitors makes me wonder whether it will be able to sustain sufficient business to stay afloat after novelty...
