I wish I could rate them no stars. I went in for my first pedicure in over a year. This was supposed to be a nice, relaxing treat to myself before my c-section in 2 weeks. I went in, waited 30 minutes and from the time they took me back until they finished it was a whole 13 minutes!!!! Not to mention, it included nothing. She did absolutely nothing besides cut my nails and half ass paint them. She missed multiple spots. The entire time she was in nothing but a rush. My feet didn't even get to soak for more than 2 minutes, no foot massage, no wax treatment and she didn't even push down my cuticles. So bascially, I paid $25 for a horrible paint job and like two of my toe-nails she cut. A week later and I'm STILL upset. I could have paid less (or the same amount) and went elsewhere. I get it if they're busy, but that doesn't mean have us sit for over 30 minutes and then RUSH when I still had to pay full price. It was far from a nice time. My acrylics were uneven, some were thicker than others and I did not see any kind of sanitation here. I had to come back to this place 3 separate times to get something fixed on my nails. First two times the paint was peeling up and still tacky underneath. The third time 2 of the acrylics were lifting off of my fingernail (all of this within a week of getting them done) so I asked the woman there to take them off and then was given a hard time by 2 employees about getting a refund, ( I only received a partial refund) they tried gaslighting me and made me feel bad about asking for one even though I know that the quality of the nails was terrible. i've been to this nail salon three times and each time I didn't get exactly what I wanted but I was okay with it because they were still cheap. I went yesterday and got my nails done and today as I was getting out of bed my thumbnail completely tore off my natural nail and I had to go to the doctor which cost me $150. I called and told them what happened and they offered to either glue my nail back on or redo the nail. I told her that neither of that could happen because I have an open wound on my finger and she laughed at me.
