I started attending the 8 Limbs studio for the prenatal classes. I found the classes to be super welcoming and really helpful with the different aches and pains I've been experiencing throughout my pregnancy. There is always a check-in at the beginning of class and the teachers will keep in mind what you are trying to work on that day or week. Also, the modifications I've learned in the prenatal classes have helped me continue to attend the Level 1 Hatha classes without feeling uncomfortable or lost.
