I've been going to S&L Beauty for my lashes for over a year now! I love voluminous, long lashes, but Sam is able to do as subtle or as glam as you prefer. In my first experience with lashes about 2 years ago the artist gave me big lush lashes that I loved, but turns out all of my lashes were glued together in clumps. I wasn't even aware of this until she moved away and I embarked on a journey to find a new lash tech in Ballard. The first two techs in the area I tried either didn't agree with how long I wanted them or couldn't do the wispy volume I was looking for, and after almost giving up I finally found S&L Beauty. Sam was so patient with me for the 2 or so month long process it took to shed and recover from my clumpy lash job, and has helped me maintain my lash health (and make me so confident without makeup I'll roll out of bed ready for the club) ever since. I think the prices are fair for the area, and I never feel like Sam is pushing me to get more frequent fills just to make more money like a lot of lash techs are accused of. She's helped me find a good understanding of my lash shedding and needs, and if I need to push to three weeks due to scheduling conflicts or wanting to save a bit that month, my lashes do not become a lost cause by the next appointment.
