I absolutely100% love this park! I am old enough to remember a sad time before this place existed when the closest you could get was no longer existent road that went from the 5way intersection to the harbour ave 7-Eleven. This park is a little odd in it's access as if you want to get to the really good stuff you have to go over the railroad tracks, through the gate, around the storage lot and navigate your way through a minefield of speedbumps before you finally get to what is my absolute favorite view of the Seattle Skyline as seen from West Seattle. It's not so much the view as the whole experience of being up in the air on the observation deck. There a couple benches there and if you get there early on a hot summer day it's a great place to read a book, check your messages or even better just enjoy the experience. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason. The...

very cool hidden gem of a park in seattle. you could probably drive past this place a million times and not notice it or take the time to explore. the park is not super huge but has some very cool features. its like a little nature hike mixed in with heavy industry, city views and a beach. entire place is super clean! great place to bring out of towners to show them something new. great views of mt ranier on clear days and some history here too. there is an old pier that is closed down that id love to check out but cant go out there. perfect spot for a walk that takes less than an hour from the main parking lot to the point. also a secret skate park here for the skate dogs. if you didnt know now you know!! jack block is a very neat location worth...

Tucked away as a complete escape from the noise of city life (but with a beautiful collaboration of industrial and natural landscape features), this has to be one of the most well thought out projects within our parks department (and now in my top 3 parks of Seattle)! The winding path of Jack Block leads you through rolling green hills and along lush and tree-lined paths, with a payoff to beaches and panoramic views of our port and downtown Seattle cityscape. Dogs are permitted on-leash throughout the park but not on the beach. There is a well maintained restroom at the park entrance and a small play area for kids. It looks as though fishing is also permitted here. What an incredible restoration project from the city to liven up our Puget...

The drive in feels a bit industrial and iffy, but don't let that stop you—it has plenty of parking spaces and there are restrooms available (though I wouldn’t call them clean, they're usable in a pinch). This is a great spot for a walk or picnic with the Seattle skyline as your backdrop. If you're looking for the perfect photo of the city, this is the spot! A short stroll up to the turnaround point rewards you with a sweeping view. The trail itself is pleasant, with some flowers at the start and benches along the way where you can sit and enjoy the ocean, watch the cargo ships pass by, and just relax. Overall, it’s a nice, underrated park with great skyline views if you don’t mind the industrial surroundings on the way in.

A clean park tucked back away from the street that you wouldn't hardly even know was there. Has a small beach area and beautiful views with a look out area of the Seattle Skyline. Only downsides are The restrooms are typically locked and you have to navigate over about 2 dozen really good speed bumps to get to the other side...if you don't have that patience or ground clearance, park at the restrooms and walk over the hill to the waterfront side lol
