Really knowledgeable folks who actually give a shit about their business and customers. Bought some great boots here. They were a little tight the first day out, so I came back in and they set me up with custom foot beds and stretched out the boot a little and now they fit like a perfect glove. Love the service! If you come here during peak season, expect peak season chaos. They’re busy for a reason, and worth the wait.

This is the place to buy skiing gear in Seattle! The deals are amazing and the customer service is really TOP NOTCH. I had thoughtful and patient consulting from a real expert and the team got my new skis, bindings & skins all ready to rock & roll very quickly - even on Sunday evening. Amazing experience! I'll definitely be back! Thanks ProSki! 🙏🏻

Got my setup here. Everything works, but I recommend ProSki in North Bend (different org). Not saying the staff in the Seattle shop aren't nice, but the people out in North Bend are KIND. Fresh breath of air out there.

I've been coming here for years after disappointing experiences at other big box and local ski shops in Seattle and Bellevue.

Michael, Corey, and the rest of the staff are incredibly knowledgeable about all things skiing related including backcountry. These are not seasonal workers suggesting random boots or skis, but experienced skiers that take the time to understand how and what you ski before making recommendations. They've nicely corrected my misunderstandings compared to other ski shops that shrug or make up a bad answer.

I've gotten multiple tune ups and skis mounted here with great results. If they don't have desired skis or bindings in stock, they can often check with the factory directly and order on your behalf if you chat with them.

My wife bought boots here and they were meticulous in the initial boot fitting and follow up checks, and recommended a much more appropriate ski than other local shops because they took the time to understand her skiing.

Likewise I've gotten my kids' seasonal rentals here every year. They refresh their rental fleet often and have carbon poles which is a refreshing surprise compared to the typical older and beat up gear found elsewhere.

I've been coming here for my family's various skiing needs and couldn't be happier, and would highly...

Shop owner Mike and his employees are rad. Feels like a family in there. These guys stay very busy so they have the freedom to be picky with the brands/products they sell, and it’s a small space so they are incentivized to curate their selection. Usually a red flag for me because highly curated usually equates to higher than average prices, but trust me I walked out of there today with a full setup and they beat every price I saw on the internet including the big boys REI/EVO etc.

Just stopped by with a quick question about BOA boots and 2 hours later I left with a fresh pair of next season’s s pro supras+boot molding/custom insoles, skis+bindings, and some valuable technical insights that I’d like to think I can trust just based on the passion and humility I felt from everyone that participated in the conversation. So it’s all there: happy staff, great gear, best prices around, no rushing you, and all around just good vibes. Having the right home base for any sport will enhance the experience so if you haven’t felt it elsewhere, give these guys a shot.

Thanks...

I've had a real love/hate relationship with my last few pairs of ski boots. My wife bought her boots at ProSki Seattle a few years back, had them custom fitted and she raves about how comfortable they are, which makes the rides up the lifts pleasant. ;)

I met with Mike Tracy today and in just under an hour he made a believer out of me that off the shelf is not always the answer (I have a pair of Atomic boots that are headed to eBay after I finish this review). I felt like Cinderella ... but with a ski boot! The culture and attitude here is pure love for the sport and making sure you have the absolute perfect gear to enjoy your winter no matter what your budget. I had my boots custom formed so with a bit of down time I got to observe the atmosphere. Everyone there is an expert! Dialed in to their craft! They work with you individually and give you 100% of their attention while you choose your gear. Their prices are right there with everyone else but the service and expertise you get here is above and beyond everywhere else I've shopped for ski...
