Starbucks — Restaurant in Seattle

Totally disgusted!! I got a water and Carmel macchiato today. I chugged the water immediately upon receiving, when I looked into the cup, there was a HUGE fly inside. I was shocked. Took it back to the lady that was making coffee and she didn’t even seem surprised nor sorry about the incident, and just dumped the water so she can fill me another glass...... so I walked upto the counter to so I can cancel my caramel macchiato. The lady says, “we’ve been complaining about the the fly issu to the hospital, this is not our problem.” and gave me a $4 dollar gift card.....YIKES!!! Really? That’s just GROSS that absolutely tells me that they had flies and who knows who else had it in their cups and didn’t know? Hot drinks don’t come in clear glasses....... what shocked me more was not the fact that I had a fly in my water (YES I still feel wheezy from it) but their attitude..... dude! If you guys can’t run a sanitary coffee place, temporary shut it down until u can instead of potentially contaminating other ppl with disgusting fly germs. Sick kids that are vulnerable come by this place.........

Here in the hospital and when you go there especially Children's Hospital you don't think about taking your loyalty card for Starbucks with you! I asked the girl if I could put a phone number in to get credit because I have been getting at least two drinks or more everyday for over a month and I understand their policies but she should have been a little bit more understanding when so many people standing in line and the way that she was talking so loudly and rudely. she was not a nice person and the person behind me heard what she said to me and turned around...

Please for the sake of all the parents fighting for something good to happen in the hospital, please please learn how to not only pull a shot with out burning it but please learn how to steam milk with out burning it or creating foam that's just bubbles. Also please don't fill our $8.00 latte cup half way with foam...that's called a cappuccino. Speed it up... it shouldn't take 15 mins to make two drinks.. this is a hospital people are in a hurry and don't have time to sit and listen to you gossip about your coworkers. Running a coffee shop is not that...
