Nice concrete boat launch point, in the Seattle area. There are 2 boat launch ramps here, so you can tie to either left or right side of these ramps, & long adjoining piers, while you park your launch vehicle. My son told me the fee to launch here is $12. Our family's 3 fishermen had really good luck at Shilshole Bay, catching 2 nice hatchery-raised legal Chinook Salmon, plus 3 Cohos, as well as an undersized Chinook, which we threw back. It was pretty busy on a Wednesday here, yet my son re-assured me that this was by no means as crazy as it gets, when it comes to Puget Sound fishing, during peak Salmon runs.
