Paseo — Restaurant in Seattle

Ok, I have driven by this place thousand times. I had work in the area and sat and watched how busy it is. I came online and found all of the great reviews. The other day I had work in the area so decided to here. I ordered the #2 and two bottles of water almost $13. I was so waiting for this spectacular sandwich. It was not that good. There was a lot of meat and onions but that was about it. The pork was dry. There was maybe five slices of jalapenos. Everyone says the sauce is great, what sauce? Also the bun is too small for the amount of meat and it is hard. The price and the wait is not worth...

I weep for anyone who lives their entire life without experiencing a Paseo Press at least once.

Hyperbole aside, there's a reason that people speak of Paseo (and in particular the Press pork sandwich on which this review is solely based) as if it were a life-changing experience. Yes, it is just a sandwich, but one you will not soon forget. I live 300 miles away but try to get to Paseo at least once a year if I'm able.

We love going to Paseos!!! I love the walk up window and had great service from the guy working it on Saturday night he was working the line efficiently and friendly!!
