I had heard mixed reviews prior to coming in, but was super happy with our purchase. My daughter was given a jacket that had another name embroidered on it (from a friend, not from here) and I removed the former name to get hers on it instead.

Mike was very thorough in letting me know that bringing in our own item has its own set of husband they can’t 100% guarantee their results since it wasn’t one of their items. Any embroidery place should do that. I understood and left her jacket.

Since they weren’t too busy in the embroidery area, they could get right on our item. I had an email mockup within the hour and I got a call the next morning that it was complete. The best part? I was taken back to the room where the thread was, to choose the best color for our project. It turned out so nice and it’s like it was my daughter’s item all along.

I had an unfortunate experience working with HG on a few projects, including creating ads and printing shirts. We requested some edits to our logo before it went to print and specifically asked to review the final design beforehand. However, this step was never done, and the shirts were printed with the unedited logo.

Additionally, we commissioned to have an ad created and to be sent to a local business for display on their in-house TV, but it was never sent as promised.

These are just two examples of the issues we encountered, though there were others I won’t detail out of respect. I debated leaving this review, but I hope it serves as constructive feedback for HG to improve their processes and deliver better customer service...
