HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE - Walk-in in the morning when there's no one in the store and it takes staff over 20 mins for a plain roll with a scrambled egg!!! Lunch ordering is a bonafide NIGHTMARE. One line for a specific company, one line for regular patrons leads to chaotic & absurdly long wait time. The only reason they stay in business is because it's the ONLY food business in the area! With a 30 min lunch break - it is ridiculous to place an order, only for staff to forget to place the food in the oven, no organization, no steady work flow, no proper coordination, food prep...

I ordered a Philly cheese steak combo and it was horrible. They didnt even have the right meat.it was packaged horrible, fries were soft and soggy and I had no meat on 1 half of my sandwich. To top it off the sandwich was filled with huge onions and green peppers that took over the meat. My juice that came with it had a after taste as if the machine was wiped with a dirty rag and refilled. I work right up the street and my whole job knows about the food from this place. We order from everywhere...

Food has always been great. The amount for delivery time is mind blowing. Third time I order and have waited 2 hours for this delivery. I asked for Sicilian slice and received a regular slice. I called 6 times before it arrived and no answer what’s so ever. A call explaining that they didn’t have what I wanted would of been nice. Do better or hire more people if...
