Great views of parts of Sedona without too much work. The parking is kind of confusing, it seems to be on the grounds of a public school, but there are a lot of signs saying no trail parking, etc. We went around sunset time when there weren't too many other cars, so it wasn't a big deal, but the parking situation there seemed a bit confusing. The trail itself takes you 400 feet steeply up the side of a broad, flat "mountain" top. From there, you can pretty much wander wherever you want, there are views in all directions. Pyramid was my favorite trail, but it is a more rugged section. Pyramid had better views but requires a higher degree of mobility to navigate. For those interested in wildlife the earlier the better. Schuerman Mountain Vista is one of the absolute best vantage points to enjoy the beautiful lighting on the rocks.
