We absolutely LOVVVVVEEEE this place. Very cool place to bring children of all ages. Our two year old loves toddler time. The staff are amazingly sweet and very helpful. We will be looking into booking our sons 3rd birthday party here very soon. Highly recommend this place.
LENGTHY UPDATE FOR BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!
We booked our son's 3rd birthday party months ago for this past Saturday at 2pm. Included, we got a private room, 10 child jumpers and socks, plates, forks, water, a t-shirt for the birthday boy and also a free pass for him for a future jump. We also got a host but didn't understand how that went until less than a week before the party. No outside food or drinks unless it's pizza, cake and icecream. They told us the week of that it would be $12 for each added jumper. We were paying for 2 extra jumpers. We had 12 child jumpers and 1 adult we were paying for. 30+ adults rsvpd and were all told prior that adults would have to pay for themselves. Then we get there and our host told us any child under 2 were free and their parent could take over their spot so long as socks were paid for. We had at least 3 under 2. And there were only 2 cafeteria, bench style tables. They did their best to accommodate us with folding chairs. Our host was amazing. Incredibly sweet and inattentive.
However, at the conclusion of the party, we were told we had an overage of $60. When asked who didn't pay, they couldn't tell us. They said 3 adults failed to pay and when asked, just read off the list of who checked in. Not all of those adults jumped.
Then my mom told me upon arrival, she gave them the party name. She was going to pay for herself then and there. Upon doing so, she was told it wasn't nessessary. They basically added her to a "tab". Several came in after my mom and were told the same from my understanding. Now, they told me that we had 3 adults not pay. If it was 12 per jumper, there's no way that's right. Math far from adds up.
I told the adults beforehand they had to pay for themselves and when they arrived, were told it wasn't nessessary. We spent a pretty penny on this party and I wish they would've communicated with us or at least kept accurate record of who jumped and who didn't.
In spite of that...would we do it again? Now that I know the ropes...yes. We've been back twice since. This place is our son's favorite place on earth. The staff are the best around and the park itself is extremely clean and all around awesome. Our host was amazing. But next time, I will make sure communication is clear as crystal. As you should if you choose to book...
Read moreTerrible, horrible and rude experience! My husband took my 2 children here a couple of Sundays ago. Of course, they were excited and very much looking forward to this. Upon arrival, my husband explained to the sales clerk that the kids brought their own jump socks and did not need to purchase, she saw them, then said OKAY and proceeded to ring them out. At NO TIME did she ask if these jump socks were from Altitude or any other jump park, she just said "ok". Fast forward to only 10 mins later when an employee approaches my young daughter and curtly told her to "get off" because she wasn't wearing the proper socks. Naturally she complied and my husband immediately inquired what the issue was. The sales girl says that the kids needed to have THEIR socks or could not jump. Okay, again, the previous employee did not state that BEFORE completing the transaction and allowing them on the jump floor with socks from House of Boom (mmuuucchhh better experience there btw...). My husband asked to speak with the owner who advised of the same. He was not pleasant and showed no courtesy or apology on behalf of his associate not clarifying this policy. He simply and RUDELY advised, buy the socks or leave. My husband informed him that he would gladly leave but rightfully requested a refund or partial refund, again...THEY PLAYED FOR TEN MINUTES...The owner absolutely refused. Are you serious??? THIS is how you treat your customers as a newly established business owner?! Horrendous, never ever again...and I plan to share that with everyone I know. It's the PRINCIPLE...The miniscule cost of the socks and the jump is irrelevant, the money was NOT the issue. The disappointment and embarrassment of my CHILDREN for which your establishment is designed to cater to deserved a better response from YOU....MR BUSINESS OWNER.... Shameful! Learn the core principals of business...value each customer and treat them...
Read moreLet me start by saying I normally don't complain but the experience I had was just sooo horrible people need to know. I just had a party at altitude for my daughters 5 birthday. When you first come in you have to stand in a normal line. There is no special birthday check in. So I stood in line for 10 minutes to check into my daughters birthday Okay I didn't complain I waited in line got my kids wrist bands and socks. Then the guy says your in party room 1. Okay. I waited for someone to come take me back or to meet my party planner nothing. I just stood there till he said what else do you need. I told him i need to know where the room in. He points to the back and says over there. So I get there and I set everything up. About 15 minutes into the party I get a text from a guest. They were there but no one would tell them where the party room is. So I had guest wondering all over not even knowing where the room is. Then my " party planner " didn't come in at all. I had to ask for my pizza with 45 min left in the party. My guests had to eat cake with their hands because no one brought spoons even after I asked It was horrible. My guests said it was the worst thing they had ever seen. I complained to a manager and all she said was that the party planner had to many party's to take care of and offered to take a pizza off??? No real apology. I left and told her I will never be back. Don't waist...
