I made the mistake of not thoroughly checking an item before purchasing it. I purchased a LARGE and unique full body mirror. The mirror is very nice, but after removing the corner protectors, I saw that it was chipped and pulled apart on the corner. Not made very sturdy.

I called to see what solutions could be offered. The options two options presented both required myself to load it back up and return it. One for a full refund and the other to receive a refund and repurchase at a discounted rate.

Because I’m a DV with chronic back and knee pain, bring the mirror home was a task in itself. I asked if I could send in photos proof of the damage to receive a partial refund (instead of having to completely repurchase). This option was not available, but would be the most feasible...

Do not buy trees from here. Thought I would celebrate earth day and Arbor Day by expanding my orchard, except now they’re all dead/dying. They keep the trees so close together that the fungal infection has spread through their entire selection. I wish I had known because I have now lost every single established tree in my garden to the same fungus. Even my lawn is now suffering from this. I’ve used countless fungicides with no success; they’re simply too far gone. The only solution now is to cut them down and burn the trees; treat the yard repeatedly and hope to start fresh in a couple years. My lively hood/hobby/environmental efforts/and even side income are gone thanks to Southeastern Salvage. Years of work lost bc I decided to branch out from my regular nursery and add some variety.

And they won’t even issue a refund for any of the infected trees...

When it is gone it is gone, so you have to purchase it when you see it. That being said, they have very beautiful accent pieces.
