Wings and Moore — Restaurant in Shreveport

So first off, if you have never been here before you are in for an awaking like I was. You pull in thinking it's a eat in or at least a walk in. Signs say open you walk up doors locked there are seats in side but it looks abandoned. I was getting ready to leave when I just happened to see a car in the other side like a drive thru but I did not see any drive thru signs. So I drove around luckily I had looked at the online menu so I knew what I wanted. The gentleman was very nice took my order and I paid. He told me to drive around to the parking lot and he would bring my order out. He did tell me it was a drive thru place only when I asked. So I drove to the parking lot which you have to either go around the block to get back to or do an illegal turn in a one way highway to get the entrance. And I waited in the parking lot. There were 3 other cars there waiting. I ordered the 8 piece wings drink and fries with wet Cajun and wet hotter wings comes with a plain piece of toast and a sauce. About 15 mins later the same gentleman comes out with my order. Now this is the great part. The wings were freaking AWESOME, the sauce was perfect the heat was great the fries were a seasoned fries were were perfect. And the price was cheap. This place is a diamond in the rough. I will be going back when I am in Shreveport. Not sure why they don't open up the inside but they would makes some good money if they did. DONT CHANGE YOIR RECIPE. You guys are awesome. Hands down the best wings in Shreveport/Bossier The food is cooked to order so if you don’t have time to wait then you need to go somewhere else and get just any kind of wings until you have time to wait for the best wings ,food always Hot and fresh. The Owner is a very kind person and try to help young men by giving them a job and if anyone have a business and you try to give people a chance you know that everyone doesn’t work out . I said that to say this if you have come and the service was not on point do not bash the owner or the business Trust he will take care of it and the people will be gone . First of all let me start by saying that the wing sauce flavors are excellent!!! HOWEVER, the atmosphere is disappointing and lackluster. The service is subpar at best, and the french fries need to be taken off of the menu and reintroduced with a better product. This business could definitely use the assistance of some financial investors. This business could be one of the best in the city, but some improvements need to be made on the food, atmosphere, and service before that could happen.
