I truly don't understand all of the 5 star reviews here. I have been to just about every indoor play place within an hour of Jump Nation and this was probably the only time I have left feeling disappointed which is mostly due to my daughter asking to leave after an hour which is the first time that has ever happened. Now I will say that part of the issue is just that my kid is 27 months old which I think is just too young for this place. The inflatable equipment which makes up 85% of the what's there is too big for the average 2 year old. The ladders go about 15 feet up and climbing to the top of the slide wasn't possible especially if the parent can't go in to help. My daughter jumped in one of the open bouncy houses for a couple minutes and that was about it. Spent the rest of the hour pushing her around in a little tikes car that every place has and that we have at home. Oh! And I read so many reviews about the wild bubble machine and disco lights, but this was probably the funniest part of the experience. The person operating the bubbles came out 3 times in the hour and launched bubbles for all of about 45 seconds to a minute before turning the lights back on and putting the bubbles away. If your kid was on an inflatable they surely missed it. Now of course this was my daughter's favorite part of the day, but the 30 seconds of fun was followed by her asking where the bubbles went for the next 15 minutes. Are bubbles so expensive they can't run the machine for a few minutes?
At the end of the day if your kiddo is at least 3 you can probably get an hour and a half of some kind of fun, but if you're spending over 20 bucks there are much better values. XtremeCraze in Foxboro is the same price and has about 50x the play space and it can support literally hundreds of adults ans kids. We went to Hey Kiddos in Marlboro yesterday and this is also...
Read moreUpdate three years later: we have since booked almost all my children’s birthday parties here and convinced friends to too! The owners are so kind and accommodating and make planning a breeze. They always remember us! The parties are not open the public so the children are all enclosed and together instead of spreading out over massive areas, giving parents time to relax. They play in one room then swap to another, broken up with bubble parties too. The children are all so excited and love the multiple areas to bounce (slides, ball areas, infant areas, obstacle course, etc). The kids then move to the party room where the birthday child sits in a throne and gets the cake rolled up to them. The timing is perfect for the whole party. Pizza and drinks are provided and organized by Jump Nation so one more thing off my mind! They also set up the room with your birthday supplies. (I realized I forgot to string the birthday banner and they made it look perfect!) the birthday child also gets to pick out a toy. My kids always ask to have parties here and I always hear comments from parents how the parties are wonderful!
Original comment: I booked a play date for my two sons and nephew today based on a complimentary Facebook post and it was one of the best experiences we have had this pandemic. The boys were delirious with happiness - the bubble dance parties with lights, the two rooms with massive inflatables, the ice cream, the balloons and prizes. I could not believe how much we got for the price! They timed everything out perfectly. We look forward...
Read moreThe owner of this place is an unbelievable horrible person. He runs the entire thing while the kids are playing and they play about 3 games and he passes out these cheap little prizes. So my 10year old happen to be in luck that day and won the 1st game and gave him a Tiny puppy then for the finally he did the ballon game and my son happen to get one of the balloons with the prize and he told my boy you have to give up one of your prizes you can't win them both those are the rules. Right in front of me one are you for real why dose your child have to give up anything for it was well won. So I told him if he could give it to one of his 2 little brothers and he said no it has to be to any stranger. Get the heck out of here this man is a peace of crap you can tell that even his employees are feed up with him. Then when I told him that what he's doing is not ok with a straight face he said thank you. Which really pissed me off. So I made sure as I was putting my boys coat on and told the people coming in that make sure not to win too many games because he will take you prize away and he got really mad yelled at me told me that I was tras passing and that he was going to call the cops on me. In front of the 10year old and 2 year old. I could not believe this man. I would never in my life come back here. I suggest for mothers not to bring there kids...
