I can express my utmost gratitude for the exceptional staff at the Shrewsbury location. Their consistently friendly and knowledgeable demeanor, coupled with their expertise in the products available within the store, make every visit a positive experience. The tellers and managers, particularly the gentleman manager whose name eludes me at this moment, have been instrumental in providing exceptional customer service. While I acknowledge that Verilife offers a limited selection of flower, prerolls, and concentrates from alternative or more popular brands, I find the âMatterâ brand to be underwhelming and of inferior quality compared to my preferences. Nevertheless, I remain a loyal customer when the brands and strains I cherish are available. There was an older female (I did not get to catch her name as she wasnât even the budtender who was helping me) that was EXTREMELY rude and had terrible customer service. She was so argumentative about not stacking an industry discount, which I said multiple times itâs fine and was ready to just pay for my order and leave. She kept going on about how the website says it over 4 times if I looked (it doesnât), it also didnât say it on the sheet at the register which she pointed out herself. Bottom line, I said ok and moved on I wasn't rude or upset with the no stacking rule, but I was caught off guard with her being argumentative and rude when she had no business even speaking on this when she wasnât on the medical register or helping with my order.
