Tiny Tiger's Playhouse — Attraction in Silsbee

We were invited to a birthday party which took place today at Bounce and Play. Upon arrival, I see that the place is small, (which I love for little ones) but that there is plenty to do to keep them busy. There are signs and even posts on their website explaining that it’s specifically for little ones. The birthday mom paid for a private birthday area in a gated section of the place, (which I also love) but that didn’t stop little ones NOT included in our party from walking in and trying to take food from our tables. (Not sure where their parents were.) ?!?!?!? Once we had the area decorated, the hostess comes to ask if we need help. (Uhmmm…I’m sorry, NOW you ask?) I believe there was a fee included in the birthday rental price that covers the hostess…..yea…..

A few minutes later, as our kids start their hour of playtime, two of our little ones were bowled over by bigger kids, but I was told by another mother who frequents this place not to bother saying anything because those kids are the owner’s kids and their friends. (Excuse me???) They were rude, out of hand, and didn’t care which kids got in their way. Not ok.

But the icing on the cake, the final straw, was at the end of our little party, when all was done and cleaned up by us moms, and we were grabbing things to walk out, the other hostess appears with a smile to ask if we need help….again…..after it’s all done. Wow….just wow!

So my final review thought is this…..great concept….HORRIBLE management! We will not return. I’d rather go to Chuck E. Cheese….and THAT...

Such a great place! I’ve took my youngest son (5) and my daughter who just turned 1 a few times to play and they love it! Very clean, everything works, and plenty for them to do. It’s the perfect place if you have young children who love the bigger place places but without the worry of them getting run over by bigger kids or getting hurt by playing on something that’s not meant for their age. We just had my daughter’s first birthday here and it was perfect! We rented the private party room and our party time was 1 hour and 45 minutes which was plenty of time! The party room was clean, plenty of space, tables, and chairs, and even had its own AC in the room so it wasn’t stuffy. They offer several different party packages which is great if you need different choices. They have great deals as well and host a lot of fun events for the kids. I’m very glad Silsbee has...

Everyone is so sweet and helpful. I really love the fact that the play area is clean and you see the staff cleaning sections as you play throughout the day! (Big relief)

When we booked our daughters 2nd Birthday they provided different AND affordable options, they also provided a lot of assistance to make sure your child’s day is special. 💙🧡 (helped kept me from running around all day)
