I went to Pennsylvania on Route 80 on Monday, October 24, 2022. It was dark and rainy. I slowed down to go through the toll with easy pass. As I was driving through a very bright light flashed in my eyes. I immediately thought that I must have done something wrong. Maybe I was going too fast. Maybe there was a stop sign there.
