Very nice beach area with access to wide beach soft sand and clear water. The ocean is wide open as a result could be stormy on windy days. Good amount of waves and opportunities for body surfing. Plenty of beach houses for rent for a few days, week or more

South Bethany Beach is a beautiful place to go to. The beach is amazing and the neighborhoods around it are amazing. I stayed in one of the houses for a weekend and really enjoyed it. It was easy access to go to the beach. I would really recommend if you stay in a house, to book a house in advance if you know it will be busy. I really love and this place and would...

Very well trained lifeguards. Helped my son while having a leg cramp while swimming. I hope they keep the town as clean and safe as they have in the past. Police force gives the town a feeling of order and calm. I like the more laid back beach feel there than the party scene that often...
