JQ Designs — Attraction in South Elgin

I found JQ Designs on Google after learning that the embroidery place by my house recently closed down. My husband has an event this Sunday and we’re getting down to the wire on time, and I reached out and spoke to Janet and she helped ease our stress. I called on a Thursday and was told normally it can take 4-5 days to have two shirts embroidered, and when I explained the situation she got it done next day! Janet was an absolute pleasure to work with and does exceptional work. If I ever need any projects done again, I will definitely be coming back....

If you are looking for top notch embroidery and wonderful service you have found the right place. I had a very small personal order and thought that perhaps it wouldn't be worth her while to take it. But Janet, ( the owner ) couldn't have been anymore gracious. The way I was treated you would have thought that it was a thousand dollar order. She was kind enough to send the finished product back to me and I was so happy with the results. It was perfect, exactly what I wanted. I can't say enough good things about JQ designs. Janet and her team did a wonderful job with creating our sweaters, t-shirts, and polos with our company logo. The embroidery of our company logo on the polos looks amazing! Offers reasonable prices, hiqh quality work, and delivers as promised. Janet is a very kind person and knowledgable person. Highly recommended!
