Children's Lake is a small 7 acre Fish & Boat Commision owned lake in the heart of Boilkng Springs. The Appalacian Trail runs through the area, next to it. The A.T. goes from The Atco Fly fishing shop & theĀ Appalachian Trail Conservancy to the historic iron furnace.
Favorite hobbies to do there: Fish for trout & Kayak (public boat launch on the south end.). There are often, geese, ducks, swans & occasionally a lone egret. The park is semi-shaded, has a pedestrian bridge & a gazebo for use / rent.
