South Park Community House — Attraction in South Park Township

So, the building is nice, equipped and warm. Incredibly spacious and a great place for a party. The place was mostly clean upon arrival. Fridge clean, kitchen clean, ladies room nice.

Negatives: weird random urine smell for no obvious reason that doesn’t go away after opening windows. Also, absolutely major rodent problems. GIANT rat ran thru the kitchen about an hour into us...

Great place for a party or gathering. The house is huge and can easily fit large gatherings. It could use some updates, but overall I think it is one of the better facilities in the park. Ample parking and a playground right outside. Not the most handicap accessible, but it is manageable.
