Purple Pelican Gallery — Attraction in Spooner

The Purple Pelican is a unique, one of a kind gallery! We discovered it when we first moved to the Northwoods ten years ago. And it is my go-to for exquisite, beautiful, creative, and fun art. And the same is true of the jewelry and clothing Esa also showcases in her gallery.

The owner, Esa is a true Renaissance woman - artist, writer, musician - talented and knowledgeable individual.

My husband is an artist and Esa has framed 35 paintings for us over the years. And restored old photos....

Several years ago, my wife and I brought a painting to Esa for restoration. Esa sent us regular updates via email during the process in addition to providing us with an excellent recommendation for a new frame, as the old one was not salvageable. Upon completion, we were delighted to discover a vibrant pastoral scene in our restored painting.
