I brought my mother's ring to be repaired do to loosing her in May 2011 to cancer. She never took it off. I had taken time to get the strength to get repaired because of loosing her. So January 6th I took the steps to have Sather's to fix it for me.. What a emotional experience to have been blessed to meet such wonderful owners. They walked with me through this difficult time we are all facing and today I received back. I was filled with emotions because they were so down to earth and heart felt individuals. Two weeks after my engagement I unfortunately twisted, broke, and lost a stone in my engagement ring. We took it to a different jeweler who was incredibly rude and reluctant to help us being that we didn't purchase the ring from them. After two weeks with the ring, they reset the stone but returned it to us still twisted.
