We just saw our first show there. "Peter and the Star Catcher" had everyone rolling in the aisles. When I stopped to buy tickets a couple of weeks ago the sales lady very generously walked me through both venues and answered all of my questions regarding Stage West. I bought tickets for my wife and myself for this show and also for the Mystics in a couple of weeks. 3 years later we're season ticket holders for all their shows and concerts. We even schedule our other activities to not conflict with Stage West.
As far as PATSC is concerned, it was hilarious, campy, over acted as it should be, and did I mention hilarious? The producer came out before the show started, dressed in costume and holding a script, and explained that he would be replacing one of the actors and reading from the script. We thought it was actually a part of the play, only to later learn that it he was serious, or at least as serious as you could get with this production. All I can say is 'WELL PLAYED'! We're going back next week to buy season tickets as well as a couple of additional shows.
Thanks guys (and lady) for a great afternoons entertainment.
We've bought season tickets for the past two years now and have always been amazed and never disappointed with every performance.
Just added our third set of season tickets and gave season tickets to our daughter. We've also added the summer concert season tickets for the past couple of years and will buy the 2025 series as soon as...
Read moreIt was our first time being here, wasn't impressed that much.. the place wasn't a sold out show and for some reason they had sold 2 seats to 4 different people.. how does this even happen?? So we were told to take the next 2 seats from where we were suppose to sit which we did, then they asked us to move again to the other side of the auditorium... we were like make up your mind,. But before all this, you couldn't even get your seat until 7 pm when it says show from 7 to 9.. so we enter at 7 and sat there for over a half an hour before the show even started.... the last comedian was the best out of the 3 they had that night, and then the show didn't end until 9:45.. and in between the show that didn't start till after 7:30, they actually had an intermission for like 15 minutes.. if they had tables in the auditorium to sit at an order drinks and small appetizers I think they would do much better in sales, that way you don't miss any of the show by keep getting up to get your drinks... they would make so much more money this way. It also seems like it caters to more of the senior crowds, all the workers were senior, nothing against them working, but maybe that's how 2 seats got sold to 4...
Read moreWas our first time there, went to get seated and someone had the exact same tickets as we did, so we went to the desk and she told us just to move over 2 more seats,, then she came back and moved us to the other side of the seating area,, the place wasn't packed at all, how could they double book the same seats?? Just seemed very unorganized if you ask me . The comedy was good and funny, pricing for the drinks was a little crazy high. The show was suppose to be from 7 to 9 well they didn't open the doors to be seated until 7 then waited over a half an hour before the show even started??? Then it didn't end until 9:45??? Again seemed a little unorganized.. I think my fiance and myself were the youngest ones there, we about felt out...
