This is my first review ever. I am hearing impaired so I generally go in the stores and ask for what service I need and advise the store that I am hearing impaired and the phone is very difficult please send me an email I am always on it...Spring hill glass said they get back to me on the quote for the mirror in a few day...after almost a week I had to phone and from the little I heard the employee was sick and they get the quote to me later in the day and they did and I immediately sent back that lets go ahead with it...the quote said they needed a 100 dollar deposit and I emailed back right away and said I was coming in later with the check...got there to be told they did not want the check give it to the installers....no sorry that I had driven over which is not around the corner and would not take the check...to note here I leave my husbands phone number but he works full time and specifically said to email me with any thing...no advance notice late morning call they would be there that day left a message on my husbands phone I emailed back that I was home till 2pm if that could work and right away they said no and for about the 2nd or 3rd time quote "please give us a phone number that will be answered your husband never answers his phone" really and within 30 minutes my husband cleared the rest of his day to be there for the installers emailed Spring Hill glass and said no way..they are busy with Christmas orders and trying to fit me in...upset yes I am and so happy that I did not give that check I would pay double the price then give these people the business where if the respect for the hearing impaired went out of my way to work with me by email and saying far too many times my husband never answers his phone when he works...

One star is too many but I had to select something to be able to write this. The service techs came out and couldn't fix my door because the didn't have the parts (tandem rollers). After not hearing anything for two weeks I called to see if the parts came in and the owner, John had to take all of my information again (because he said, it was easier than looking it up). He said that a shipment of rollers came in and the techs would be out that day to fix my door. They came but still did not have the right parts. I was told that my order was never placed. I kept calling the office asking for the owner and he was never there and never returned calls when I left a message with the office staff, Ann. I waited almost a month before being told that they couldn't get the parts for my door. I called Sliding Door Roller Replacement in Lutz and they were here in 2 days and fixed my door in 30 minutes! Do NOT waste your time with Spring Hill Glass and Mirror! The service techs are really nice but the owner and office staff are incompetentand...

The window SH G and M replaced in October of 2022 started fogging up about 3 months later. I called about this defect within the guarantee date. I called at least four times for them to come and look at it, and even stopped at the shop to talk to them personally. They finally came out in January of 2024 to measure it. I called today July 22 to see if the window has been ordered, they said they would call back. No one called, so I called again. She said the owner didn't call her back to tell me. He is avoiding me again. $700 down the drain, and my window is foggier than the original.

8/12/24 I would like to update my review. Recently SHGM called me to make an appointment to install a new window. They came two and half weeks later. The new window was installed at no charge, with a complementary scented candle and restaurant gift certificate. I was pleased, but it took over a year to replace the affected window after my first complaint. Thank you Spring Hill...
