Fred's Urban Farm- Microgreens — Attraction in Spring Valley

This is a san diego hidden gem where you can drive up to the front when it is convenient for you, pick out the produce you want to drive home with, go home to eat it…and say, “omg what did I just eat”. Lets just say, the produce here taste much richer than the supermarket…specifically the microgreens and the garlic spread. Its centrally located. The family that runs this farmstand are so personable and have a great relationship with the community. Always willing to share their knowledge through educational workshops. So happy I discovered this place about 2 months prior.

They're doing incredible things over at Fred's Urban Farm! Rotating seasonal farm shop - massive ice cold fridge, charming hand-painted signage, and decorated outdoor shelving all contain the local eggs, bread, fruit, lettuce, microgreens, zingy lemon dressing, garlic dip, and as of this week...sugarcane!
