Bass Pro Shops Catalog Outlet — Attraction in Springfield

My Uncle and my aunt was going to taking some books to sell at a book store and then taking me to BASS Pro Shop to getting me a camouflage winter coat since my old winter coat is not protecting me from rain and snow my mom paided for the winter coat that day I said thank you mom and my uncle and my aunt and then looking around BASS Pro Shop in Springfield Missouri was packed with people who were wearing a mask looking like a big snowstorm had hit Springfield Missouri really hard but it just in the temperature of 45 degrees very sunny 😎☀️ some blowing winds . The people that was wearing a mask were observe CHINA's Wuhan Bio-Weapons Labs Virus to protect themselves including the BASS Pro Shop employee wearing a mask also , there were a lot of friendly people both customers and employee , parking lot were packed ,the highway and the roads were crowded it looked like it was back to normal like the EVIL Dictator CHINA's Wuhan Bio-Weapons Labs Virus never have happened in both Arkansas and Missouri Citys.Then we went to the Battlefield Mall in Springfield Missouri were packed also we ate lunches there at the Battlefield Mall food Court ,there were some restaurants were open and some were not open and some regular stores were open inside the Battlefield Mall and very few stores were not open ,but it was a good day for a beautiful day outside just getting out of the house to just enjoying the day. The absolute worst experience I have had at a store. I live in Ozark, and I check their website for Balaclava. It says they have Red Heads in stock. I drive from Ozark to Springfield. Turns out, they don’t have them. I go to the customer service desk and they tell me they have the blue color Carhaarts at Branson. They tell me they ARE IN STOCK. So I drive from Springfield to Branson. Not only does it say they are in stock online, but I was told by the customer service rep that they are in stock. I drive to Branson. Turns out, they do not have them, in fact, they haven’t had them since the summer. I drive back to Springfield, and they do absolutely nothing to make this situation right. I work customer service at a retail store. If a customer asks about the availability of an item at another store, we CALL the other store to verify, we don’t trust the inventory. Love coming in here to see what's discounted. There is a huge amount of clothing that has been marked down. Anything from shorts, pants, t shirts, dress pants, and swim shirts. They have a big selection of shoes aswell. The fishing section is also large. Fly fishing as well. I like to swing in about once a week to see what they have. It changes weekly, it seems like. They had a pit boss marked down the last time I was in there. Camping equipment and a canopy. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area and looking for anything hunting, fishing, and hiking related.
