Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Springfield

I’m really surprised I’m writing this review right now. Normally this is our go-to fast food restaurant. Usually the team members are extraordinarily pleasant and happy to help. This time a particular employee was not Kaylee a night time supervisor was extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. My family and I ordered Just under $50 dollars worth of food which is normal but this time we ordered a 30 pack of chicken nuggets to try and save a little bit of money. When we got home our order was short about 6 nuggets I say about because there was another nugget thing in the box it wasn’t really a normal nugget so I honestly wanted to get it replaced as well. I had my receipt and Kaylee answered my call. When I tried to explain what had happened to her she asked if I had taken pictures? Never would I have thought to take pictures of missing food that could easily be faked so I didn’t think that would be an effective way of proving I was missing food. She started off refusing to help me because I had already served my children some of the food since I made them wait till we got home to eat anyways and they were hungry, the food was also getting cold. I then asked her to speak to her manager which she replied I am the manager. So I asked to speak to someone else, she told me to hold on then came back and said, “If that really did happen I can’t replace the full meal, I can only get you a 8 or a 12 piece meal.” I told her only the 6 we’re really necessary but why is she questioning me when it comes to an order they made a mistake on? She did apologize after that but never before for the mistake she was rude the entire time. I was told I could come back and get the 6 piece but I didn’t bother. McDonald’s doesn’t question they’re guests when there’s an order mess up I wouldn’t assume they would either especially with a receipt. They’ve lost...

Food always taste amazing just wish I could get what I order. Yes tgey will replace the meal, however we drive 15 min. From ozark just for this mac n cheese. Guess I wasn't expecting it to be a half cup. Got all the way home and I couldn't even have lunch because they gave me breaded nuggets and I'm gluten intolerant. So the baby didn't get mac n cheese and i didn't get my chicken while the rest of family enjoyed their food.** as promised I went back for my replacement meal and told the gentleman who helped me I would update my review to reflect him as well. After being pulled thru drive thru and asked about why I needed my replacement meal and the store not finding my name anywhere for 10 min. I got a little upset. So I pull out my contributors page to show the worker the post date time and pictures. Guess the fact that the bowl of mac n cheese recieved over 1,993 views on it and I'm sure no one was excited to pay that much. The food is always amazing when I get the right order and I appreciate you making up for your mistake however at the end of the day I still did not receive my full meal. First time I get my drink and the wrong order half filled then I come back wait well over a respected time and still you forget a drink. It was a long trip home. We went to our dear friend's twin's Birthday party tonight at this location. Our hostess was wonderful, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. What she may not have known, is Ava (one of the twins), has cp and is autistic. Her brother, Easton, is on the autism spectrum as well. When they brought the cows out for their Birthday visit, Easton was pretty excited and happily interacted with them- so cute! We weren't sure how Ava would respond. Much to our delight, the cow caught her attention, and she smiled, reached for her, and gave her a hug and a kiss! We were all moved- it was the sweetest!💓 The reason I have put that part in my review is because that dream of a hostess was just as moved as we were.. It was like she knew, as we do, the journey Ava has been on. We happened to capture her reaction to Ava and the cow in some of the photos. She really was a delight, and you don't often find that now days. We all think she went above and beyond and deserves a raise! 💓 I also have to say the food was fresh and hot and great! It was insanely busy, but we were served our food very quickly and the rest of the staff were really polite as well. It was really a clean place and a pleasant atmosphere! I had never been at this location and we will definitely be back! I hope they continue with this level of...
