The Staff had POOR organization and professionalism. This was the worst first experience a family can have. I took my kids here to have fun and enjoy time with them by doing different activities. We played dodge ball with the other kids that were there and we were all having a blast. It was until one of the workers came and started to flirt with a lady that was watching from the outside of the Dodge ball area. Mind you, this lady was giving me and my family racist looks because we were not the same Ethnicity as her. After a while of flirting with the lady, the worker that was there purposely stopped the whole game just to single me out and call me names such as "This kid" just to make this lady laugh. I confronted him about calling me names and tested him about messing with this Combat Vet "Kid" and see if he'd like to be bullied. He then later went to the shift manager, who apparently had no skills in handling situations like this, and lied to the manager that I was being rough with all the kids, that I was making up a lie of him name calling me, and that he wasn't fraternizing with an older lady. I told the manager that my son and daughter were there and they witnessed the whole thing but they saw me as the one who was at fault because of the lies that the worker was telling the shift manager. THIS SHOULD BE A FAMILY FRIENDLY AREA AND NO ONE SHOULD BE MADE FUN OF JUST TO FLIRT WITH AN OLDER LADY. Especially a Combat Vet who wanted to enjoy time...

I’m so disappointed. I wish I could give zero stars. We attended a birthday party today and found out that they no longer give birthday parties a room for the full time. Nope, you get maybe 45 minutes in the room, and you get to stand around with your cake, presents, guests, belongings, and decorations (because the rooms are fairly bare) on a tiered cart where everyone coming and going can access it. All because this company decided to overbook birthday parties - we were told there were 23 parties today. Who does that?

And for that expensive price you pay for the party, too, you and your guests can chill in a crowded, small area in front of the counter awkwardly while you wait for your shortened time slot (despite having a reservation for two hours). With no warning. Only to have the employees lie to you and tell you this is how they’ve always done it, despite having used them previously and getting the room for the full two hours.

This is ridiculous. We used to love going here for birthdays but I will NEVER again book a birthday party here based on...

It's a fun place but the prices were high for what you get, staff doesn't actually care about the rules or say anything if they're broken. And when I mentioned that I had multiple of my items stolen while there (including a 10$ play card that was stolen from my jacket, while we were sitting with our stuff) the worker just goes "oh wow" and LAUGHS. Spent almost 70$ here today just to have stuff stolen from me and my daughter only got 20 minutes of jump time of the 2 hours we paid for because nobody cared that 8-12 year olds kept running through the toddler zone knocking down literal babies. My daughter and another kid there who seemed to be about the same age of my daughter, maybe even younger (probably was 12-18 months) got knocked over by these big kids just like mine did the worker didn't even care. We had to keep leaving the toddler area because these big kids would purposely run at my daughter to make her fall. If I ever come back it'll definitely be during school hours on...

Today I brought my daughter here to burn off some steam. It was our first time. The young man there was really pleasant and I appreciated how he enforced the rules for another family there who destroyed the foam balls and tried to keep it there for him to clean after them. He essentially said whatever mess you made, you have to clean it! The ice cream variety was cool and it’s a nice vibe. Love the Bieber songs. The prices are decent too.

The Ninja's United gym is great for kids and families! We had our 6 year old's birthday party there and the kids had a blast! Our son attends the weekly classes and each night they work on new skills and obstacles. They continuously change up the course so there is always something different to try. The coaches are excellent with the kids - very patient and encouraging. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!
