Very good signage but hard to find with a Garmin. Go ahead & stay in the left lane because you'll need to get onto a little access road & kind of make a U-turn to go down it. You really want to see what I'm talking about on Google Earth. So, you'll go in & take an immediate right, keeping the building on your left. Pass by the brief row of truck parking. That's the overnight parking everyone talks about. "Plenty", my foot! After that, on your left is the employee parking lot. That's where the line was out to when I got there. Trucks lining both sides. I stopped & walked up to go check in. You'll see it in Google Earth. Check in at the 2nd door past the canopy. I don't know what that little wooden shack is. Nothing that concerns us drivers. It took them several hours to text me with a door but once docked, it was a fast load. They text again when loaded & an employee comes out & puts the seal on. Then you go back into where you checked in & get your paperwork. If you are lucky there will be a place to park overnight. It won't be at that teeny weeny little Pilot across the street. That thing is literally in the parking lot of a shopping center- a small parking lot & a small strip-type shopping center. Very few spaces & very tight maneuvering. The poor young lady in the shipping and receiving office. In thirty years of trucking I don't think i've ever met such an unhappy and exceptionally rude person. I had been in the door. Overall over twelve hours so I went in to see what the deal was. I was polite and jovial. But she chewed me out big time! How? Dare me go and check on the loading after all that time. I have never complained about one person in all the.Reviews i've ever made until now.

This place is absurdly lazy. I had a 7 am appointment and arrived at the check in window EXACTLY at 7. 5.5 hrs later I go in to see what is taking them so long to load the trailer and the rude little girl behind the glass says it is because I was late. I refuted her b.s. and then she says that they're waiting for product. Which makes no sense, probably a Democrat that can't Logic.
