I sadly will join many others who feel something is not going well at the Saint John Walgreens. I have noticed it is taking longer to fill prescriptions. Example-Called on a Thursday- Medication would not be ready till Monday. Today Doctor E-Scripted two antibiotics to Saint John Walgreens. I checked the Walgreens app- they got the script- but it was not being processed. Called several hours later; as it was getting late- and an uncaring tech said there are 100 scripts ahead of mine, and she added the phone notification; and said to wait for the text. I asked could I just get the eye drops filled today as my eye is infected. Vision and Eye health is important- not to the tech- she was uncaring in her response. She was almost robotic and clearly I was less than a least concern issue. I did not receive any text by closing time- 9 PM. I looked online- nearest 24 hour Walgreens pharmacy was in Valparaiso. Called them explained what happened; and the friendly, kind and caring tech informed me she would get both scripts ready- and they would be available in 20 minutes. I went to Valpo-got my scripts and the Pharmacist there was also super friendly. I highly recommend the 24 hour Valparaiso Walgreens location. Everyone knows there are other Walgreens in the area- look around. As for me- I will no longer use the Saint John...

They did not fill my prescription correctly. Then I had lost one and she refused to contact insurance for lost prescription and told me to just pay out of pocket because “most” insurance companies will not cover lost medication.
Prior to that. The prescription came in wrong from hospital. I had it corrected. She refused to fill it unless I paid cash and would not ask my insurance for an override and explain the situation. Even when my doctor called in she was rude and not helpful at all.
Walgreens needs to take a look at how poorly the pharmacy is being run here. I come to pick one up they tell me 30 minutes. I come back an hour later still not ready.
If you look at my many reviews that are almost all positive. So for me to leave a bad one really takes a lot. This pharmacy has been the most frustrating and frankly rude pharmacist I have ever dealt with. I asked her to call the insurance. She told me to make my own calls.
Update: I called my insurance they did an override for my lost prescription without a problem. Got to the pharmacy and they tried charging me $180 I said there is an override. So the girl brought it to the pharmacist. Who acted like it was a hassle to print out a new sheet so I would not be charged. I’m done with...

I was at the point of Pulling out of walgreens system and Moving on. AND THEN I HAD THE pleasure of the assistance of the pharmacist JUliANNA. She is truly a role model for the younger generation. After weeks of multiple attempts and countless hours, I waited in line inside And has one of the most productive conversations in regards to my prescriptions that I can ever remember. She is truly a Godsend With the patience of an angel Taking her time and explaining to me that she would straighten out my account and Also apologizing about the past conversations I had with inept heartless employees who hate there jobs. This one person, this one pharmacist HAS reinstilled my faith in your store. Walgreens is truly blessed to have this employee.With the patience and caring and the know how to resolve problems. I can't thank her enough as she Reassured me if I had any other problems.To personally come and speak with her and she will take care of any situation.
