Lashing Out Loud — Attraction in St. Louis

My Business is Inner Beauty; I specialize in Skincare and Makeup Artistry. When expanding my services to include Lash Extension Artistry, I began looking for a place to learn the skill.

I chose Lashing Out Loud Training Class for a few reasons: First, Tracyi (the Owner/Instructor) was super legitimate regarding communication. She has a beautiful response time, & she encourages questions, assuring you there isn’t one she hasn’t heard. I always have a TON of questions, so I appreciated this immensely. Second, I would be able to start making money the next day, Tracyi assured me! She even encouraged me to tell people my expected graduation date so I could book appointments for the day after. I really appreciate that Tracyi understands some people need to make money quickly. LOLTC was extremely professional, including tips on pricing strategy, and other must-knows for people with varied professional experiences. You can keep the packet as a resource. The chairs are not comfortable so bring a butt pillow. Also, I went hoping I would leave with an impressive full set of lash extensions on myself. That does not happen so don’t expect it. PLEASE NOTE: Tracyi didn’t do or say anything to make me think this was going to happen.

Upon class completion, grads receive Proof of Certification with a paper certificate. Additionally, and without a doubt, my favorite aspect of the Lashing Out Loud Program, the Lashing Out Loud Training Class Network [Facebook Group]. Upon graduation you are instantly connected with other LOL grads for anything: posting your work, connecting to Barter, ask Questions, etc. I learn a great deal from other LOL grads when they are Applying Lashes to me. They have all been incredibly gracious in sharing their experience. Finally, Tracyi makes herself available for questions/clarification and supplies LONG After class is over. I recommend Lashing Out Loud lash training specifically (but not limited) for those that have prior experience in professions involving intricate, detailed tasks that demand precision handiwork, steady hands and professions that involve client contact (RN, tattooing, etc.).

The reason being that it will set you up to advertise your service and set you up with great chances of success directly following your lash class and certification!

I found my prior experience with the above (RN, manicurist, Mary Kay beauty consultant) and experience working on individual cluster lashes (although very much different technique of application and glue) led me through this class with exactly what I needed.

It is a basic bundle with basic training well worth your buck, certifies you and directly sets you up to immediately begin your business endeavors with lashing!

Tracyi goes over essential information necessary to begin your business as well as sanitation, system of pricing your service, a table (one of the best perks) with all else needed for lashing, a short observation period in which she places a few lashes on a model to demonstrate how application works, and hands on time with your partner.

The first half of your day will be informational, and after a 45 minute lunch period you will have three to four hours remaining to switch being the model and being hands on with your partner being the model. Do not expect to leave with a full set of lashes! This specifically is for training purposes!

Do not let Tracyi’s assertive nature intimidate you from asking questions. She will answer all you need to know and give her opinions directly. To give a 5 is really an understatement of her work , her professionalism and her knowledge and understanding of lash extensions. To me this is more than having someone put on extensions. This is someone who also cares about the care of your extensions. She informs you of how to take care of them. She guides you through the process. You can call her at anytime and ask questions and she answers with the willingness to answer those questions and concerns. She is extremely flexible with making she sure she can get all her clients in based on their needs. I have been getting my lashes done by her for at least two years and wouldn’t trade her for the world. She is accommodating when I want to try new lengths. New curls. Anything.
